Transmission of Shares
As an ongoing measure to enhance the ease of dealing in securities markets and view to make the transmission process more efficient and investor friendly, SEBI vide its Circular dated 18th May 2022 (Please click here for Circular) has simplified the procedure and standardise the formats for transmission of Shares of the Company. Legal Heir(s) / Claimant(s) are advised to refer the above Circular and standardised formats mentioned therein while submitting their Service Request to the Company/ RTA, for transmission of Shares and such Request shall be processed accordingly. Duplicate Share Certificates
As an ongoing measure with a view to make issuance of duplicate securities more efficient and investor friendly, SEBI vide its Circular dated 25th May 2022 (Please click here for Circular) has simplified the procedure and documentation requirements for issuance of duplicate securities. Claimant(s) are advised to refer the above Circular and standardised formats mentioned therein while submitting their Service Request to the Company/ RTA, for issue of duplicate Share Certificates and such Request shall be processed accordingly.
